Theft

A West Lawrence resident reported to deputies Friday that someone had stolen an old car from his deceased father’s property. The victim estimated that the 1986 Oldsmobile would be worth around $300 if sold for scrap. He told deputies that he had located the vehicle at a local scrap metal business.
